En la infancia, muchos temores aparecen como parte del desarrollo normal y suelen cambiar conforme los ni\u00f1os crecen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es com\u00fan que los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os tengan miedo a la oscuridad, a ciertos animales, a los ruidos fuertes o a separarse de sus padres. M\u00e1s adelante, esos miedos pueden transformarse en preocupaciones relacionadas con el colegio, los amigos o el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprender que estas emociones forman parte del desarrollo ayuda a responder con mayor tranquilidad y evita que los ni\u00f1os sientan que <\/span><b>&#8220;hay algo malo&#8221; en ellos por sentir miedo.<\/b><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Evita sobreprotegerlos<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando un hijo tiene miedo, la reacci\u00f3n m\u00e1s natural suele ser intentar eliminar inmediatamente aquello que le provoca inseguridad. Sin embargo, <\/span><b>resolver todas las situaciones por ellos o impedir que las enfrenten puede limitar el desarrollo de su autonom\u00eda.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto no significa obligarlos a enfrentar aquello que les asusta sin apoyo. Lo ideal es acompa\u00f1arlos poco a poco, respetando su ritmo y ofreci\u00e9ndoles seguridad mientras adquieren confianza.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ejemplo, si un ni\u00f1o siente temor de participar en una actividad nueva, puede ser \u00fatil animarlo a observar primero, acompa\u00f1arlo durante los primeros intentos y <\/span><b>celebrar cada peque\u00f1o avance.<\/b><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Transmitirles calma y seguridad<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los ni\u00f1os aprenden mucho observando la forma en que reaccionan los adultos. <\/span><b>Cuando perciben tranquilidad y confianza en sus padres, les resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil regular sus propias emociones.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escuchar con atenci\u00f3n, validar lo que sienten y evitar frases como &#8220;eso no da miedo&#8221; o &#8220;no pasa nada&#8221; les ayuda a sentirse comprendidos. En su lugar, expresiones como <\/span><b>&#8220;entiendo que esto te preocupe&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o <\/span><b>&#8220;estoy aqu\u00ed para ayudarte&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> generan un ambiente de confianza donde pueden expresar sus emociones sin temor a ser juzgados.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Escucha antes de buscar una soluci\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muchas veces, los ni\u00f1os no necesitan una respuesta inmediata; <\/span><b>necesitan sentirse escuchados.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preguntar qu\u00e9 fue lo que ocurri\u00f3, qu\u00e9 creen que podr\u00eda pasar o c\u00f3mo se sienten permite comprender mejor la situaci\u00f3n y fortalecer el v\u00ednculo familiar.
